Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to end all messages from us. You will receive one confirmation, and then nothing further. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or call the office at (972) 741-7189.
Privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging provider that delivers messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Do not send clinical information by text
Text messaging is not a secure channel. Please do not send medical details, images or records by text. Clinical matters belong in a consultation or in the patient portal.
