Don’t guess. Establish the baseline.
Two ways to start. One takes two minutes and costs nothing. The other takes blood.
The VOI Baseline
Thirteen questions about how you actually live — sleep, stress, movement, recovery. It sorts your answers into four areas and shows you which one is currently your constraint.
- About two minutes
- No blood, no history, nothing to look up
- Your result appears on screen — before we ask for an email
- One small action, sized so you could do it on a bad week
Self-rated perception, not a clinical instrument. It makes no diagnosis and predicts nothing.
The baseline panel
How you feel and what is happening inside you are different questions. This answers the second, and it is ordinary bloodwork ordered well rather than an exotic list of tests.
Every item on the panel has to be able to change a decision. Nothing is included for volume.
Ask about the baseline panelPanel contents are under physician review.
Organised by the question, not by the lab.
You should not have to know which vendor runs which assay. You should know what we are trying to find out.
Your heart
ApoB, Lp(a), lipids, hs-CRP — and calcium scoring or CT angiography when your risk warrants it.
Your metabolism
Fasting glucose and insulin, HbA1c, uric acid, liver and kidney function.
Your hormones
Thyroid with antibodies, sex hormones, DHEA-S, morning cortisol.
Your body
Body fat, lean mass, visceral fat and bone density. Grip strength. VO₂ max.
Your nutrients
Vitamin D, B12, folate, magnesium, omega-3 index, iron studies, homocysteine.
Your screening
The age-appropriate cancer screening you are actually due for.
What we leave out
IgG food sensitivity panels are not a validated diagnostic. Broad toxin and mould panels belong only with a real exposure history. Neither is in the baseline.
How the report reads
It opens with the one finding that matters most right now, then the reasoning, then the next step. Sixty numbers with no interpretation is a data dump, not care.
