Can EMsculpt provide back pain relief?

It’s no secret that being overweight can set a person up for back strain and pain. But losing weight can require active exercise that can be painful for someone who already suffers from a sore back.

Emsculpt uses high intensity focused electromagnetic energy waves to create supramaximal contractions in the treatment area. To help relieve back pain, this would be the abdomen and buttocks area. Supramaximal contractions are not voluntary and cannot be achieved in the gym.

With Emsculpt, muscles can contract 20,000 times in a 30-minute treatment session. The intensity of the contractions can be customized to a person’s individual preference. The treatment itself is not uncomfortable with some people say it feels like a massage.

While Emsculpt build muscles, the contractions also help to destroy fat cells. During these contractions fat cells release fatty acids. So many are released that the fat cells become overloaded and die. While you sit back and relax, your muscles grow and your fat dies.

Treatment typically involves receive four sessions, spaced a few days apart.
