The Program
Spine Physicians Institute (“SPI,” “we,” “us”) offers an SMS text-messaging program to communicate with people who request a free MRI review, book a consultation, or otherwise ask to hear from us. These Terms govern your participation in that program.
Your Consent (Opt-In)
By providing your mobile telephone number to SPI — for example, on our booking or contact forms — and indicating your agreement, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from SPI at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or of any purchase.
Types of Messages
Messages may include appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiry, information about your free MRI review and your care, and related administrative updates.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details below.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
